Plot summary
Anna Foster is eighteen and the daughter of President James Foster, and Secret Service agents go wherever she goes. Their codename for her is Liberty. After they ruin a first date, she asks her father for room to breathe, and for his trip to Prague he promises that just two agents will accompany her. At a concert there she spots agents spread through the crowd, decides the promise has been broken, and slips out with her friend Gabrielle Le Clerc. Outside the theater she accepts a ride on the motorbike of Ben Calder, a man she has only just met. The two of them set off together toward the Love Parade in Berlin. Anna has not told Ben who she is, and Ben has not told her who he is.

- The exterior scenes of the White House were in fact filmed at Hylands House in Chelmsford, Essex, England, because of its resemblance to the White House; blueprints of the White House were also used to create a digital replica, which helped make the exterior scenes look authentic.
