Plot summary
Ted's beloved cat dies, and the trauma triggers a terrible mental breakdown. He comes to believe that he can bring the animal back, and that doing so will take nine human lives. Wearing claw gloves and a cat mask, he sets out after victims. Claire, a young woman, has lost a cat as well, in an incident that horrified her.
