Plot summary
Her religious cult casts Remy out, and she has nowhere to turn. She is a young woman who seems naive and devout. She joins the women who trade sex at the truck stops. A matriarch watches over those women, and a local lawman keeps his own watch. Remy measures the belief system she still holds against the code the workers live by, looking for her true calling.
