Blood Vessel (2019) on Netflix

Plot summary

Late in World War II, a German torpedo sinks a hospital ship in the North Atlantic. Its survivors spend days adrift in a life raft: the cook Bigelow, the mechanic Jackson, the nurse Jane Prescott, the codebreaker Faraday, the soldier Sinclair, the sniper Teplov and Malone, the captain. With food and water gone, a German minesweeper drifts past, and they board it. The ship appears abandoned, yet the steering wheel is chained in place and a mutilated German crewman lies on the bridge. Below deck, Jackson finds bodies that look burned, and since the boiler has failed and a running engine could set off an explosion, he shuts off the engine. In the galley the group finds Mya, a Romanian-speaking girl hiding alone.
