Plot summary
Three criminal outfits run modern-day Perth, Australia: the Northside Crew, the Reapers and the Regittis. In a city under their control lives an ex-commando known as Black Ghost, who makes his living as a thug for hire, taking contracts for the highest bidder. That work makes him an outsider in the city. He has made himself a promise to stop killing. Then a contract comes to him from the daughter of a prominent couple, both of them murdered. The job is to find the killer or killers, and completing it means a game of cat and mouse in a city held by the crews.
