Plot summary
Louie is about to get married, and his friends gather at a rural property for his bachelor party. He invites his fiancée, Irene, along, and Charlie, one of the men in the group, brings his own fiancée, Grace, so Irene has company. They are privileged young men, and the gathering lasts the night. Details about Louie and Irene's relationship that unsettle those present come out, and the night turns feral.

- Shooting on Birdeater began in 2021 in a valley called Forgotten Valley, but flooding washed out the set and after four weeks the filmmakers had run out of money with only half the film shot. Six months later a new investor came on board and they finished in two weeks.
