Plot summary
Paramedics David Vaughn and Victor Hernandez answer an emergency call from Libby, a young girl whose mother has collapsed in a deserted area. When the two men reach the spot, the Quanta Group seizes them. That group is made up of scientists, philosophers and mathematicians, and The Teacher leads it. The Quanta Group holds that the world will end soon, and its members are getting ready for a mass suicide.
