Behind Enemy Lines II: Axis of Evil (2006) on Netflix

Plot summary

Satellites detect a nuclear-armed Topol missile in North Korea, a three-stage intercontinental ballistic weapon able to strike anywhere in the continental United States. President Adair T. Manning orders a U.S. Navy SEAL team under Lieutenant Robert James to destroy the missile and its launch site. New information reaches the Pentagon, which calls the mission off, but two of the SEALs have already jumped into North Korean territory. James tries to hold the third man back and is blown out of the aircraft himself. Master Chief Neil T. "Spaz" Callaghan refuses the order to stay aboard, hits his commanding officer and jumps after them with a radio.
