Plot summary
In World War II, a boat carrying young Australian soldiers across the Timor Sea is sunk by the enemy. The men who survive the sinking are left on a raft hundreds of miles from anywhere, and the raft is quickly shrinking. The soldiers are fresh out of boot camp. They face conflicts among themselves, enemy attacks, and a giant, hungry great white shark.
