Plot summary
Chelsea is entered in a dance contest, and her big sister Barbie brings her and their sisters, Skipper and Stacie, to a sunny island for the event. The girls take their four puppies, Rookie, Taffy, Honey and DJ, with them. Their first stop is a rehearsal of the nearby Dancing Horse Festival. At the festival, the puppies slip away. With Chelsea's performance coming up, the sisters have to work as a team and use their imagination to find their furry friends and make it back in time for the show.
