Plot summary
Alain and his wife Anna have no child, and Alain wants one. Anna has a different future in mind. She is convinced that fame as a pianist awaits her, and that the life of a housewife and mother is not the life she is meant for. The couple adopt a puppy, a female they call Bambou, and the dog joins their household.
