Plot summary
Liaq and Harman hold up a bank in Pune and make off with a car in which Misha and her son Robin are riding. Robin falls from the moving vehicle, Misha is shot, and both of them die. Raghu, Misha's husband and Robin's father, is left devastated. The police, led by Inspector Govind, arrest Liaq, while Harman escapes with the money. Raghu goes after Liaq in prison, then turns to a private detective, who points him to Liaq's girlfriend Jhimli, a sex worker. Raghu offers her the insurance money paid after his son's death if she will give up the name of Liaq's partner, and she refuses. Liaq is convicted of the robbery and imprisoned, and Raghu withdraws from society, living alone far from Pune.
