Plot summary
In Mulshi, farmers are pressed to sell their land to builders cheaply, then work as laborers on fields that were once theirs, and many migrate. Dattaram Patil's family leaves for Pune, where father and son carry loads in a vegetable market. When local toughs extort an old man there, Rahul, Dattaram's hot-headed son, fights them and is jailed. In prison he meets Nanya, whose gang has a local MLA behind it, and after his release Rahul joins him. He also falls for Manda, a tea seller. Inspector Rajveer Singh, a Sikh officer, warns Rahul against breaking the law while tracking the gangster's rise in the city.
