Backyard Wilderness (2018) on Netflix

Plot summary

Cameras sit inside dens and nests and travel over the forest floor and the pond bottom, recording a seasonal year of wildlife around a suburban home beside the woods. A turtle, a heron, a frog, a raccoon and a dragonfly go about their daily dramas in the water and among the trees. The people who live nearby pay more attention to screens and devices and to money and status. Among them are Katie, a young girl, and her family, who live next to the woods and stay absorbed in electronic devices through their busy days, unaware of the spectacle close by.
