Plot summary
Troy and Jonathan were once lovers, and their breakup was painful. Troy then spent five years in Spain. He has now returned to Los Angeles, and he telephones Jonathan to suggest they meet for coffee. Jonathan has a new partner, Raul. Jonathan's feelings for Troy were never settled, and he is still attracted to him. Troy's return puts his relationship with Raul in danger, and the coffee meeting becomes an attempt to bring back what the two men once had.
