Plot summary
George, Max and Ricky play in a band that has yet to make a name, so the three take kitchen jobs at Sans Asylum, a hospital for the criminally insane. George runs the kitchen with care for the food he serves, and the inmates stay docile on their medication. One morning, after a late-night show, he arrives for his shift in a torrential downpour. During dinner service an explosion is heard and the power fails. The exterior doors are locked electronically, so nobody can get out, and George and William are asked to walk the inmates back to their cells.
