Plot summary
A few months after earlier events, Lou Garou continues to patrol Woodhaven as WolfCop, an alcoholic cop who turns into a werewolf. His partner, Tina Walsh, is now the police chief, and she works to keep his wolf identity hidden from the town. She is also frustrated by the violent way he handles criminals. Sydney Swallows, an immensely wealthy businessman and self-help author, has revived the local economy by reopening the old brewery under the name Darkstar. The brewery's new product is a trendy Chicken Milk flavored beer. When Garou attacks a gang trying to move a large crate, he sees the symbol of reptilian shifters on the crate's tag.
