Plot summary
Charlie and Buzi are enthusiasts of ghosts and hauntings, and the legend they follow most closely belongs to Mt. Misery Road on Long Island. The road and the woods around it have been called cursed for hundreds of years. Stories tell of an asylum that burned, of a patient named Mary who is said to walk the trees, of patients' voices still heard there, of a hell hound with red eyes and a Moth man seen flying. The couple enjoys every one of these tales. A drunk they meet in a bar tells them to stay away. Charlie and Buzi still plan their trip, expecting to get spooked and have fun in the woods.
