Plot summary
Ely and Lila are inseparable friends who have lived in a Paris suburb since childhood. Both of them long for luxury and a life far from the neighborhood they know. One night they go into the capital and slip into a nightclub, where they meet Agathe and Joan, a wealthy couple. Agathe and Joan offer the two of them a ride home. Lila, not wanting to admit how she and Ely really live, gives an address in a wealthy part of the city. That first lie leads to more: to hold their place in this new world, the two of them tell stories big and small.
