All Superheroes Must Die (2011) on Netflix

Plot summary

Charge, Cutthroat, The Wall and Shadow come to in a town emptied of its people, each with an injection mark on the wrist. Television sets around them carry Rickshaw, the enemy they believed Charge had already beaten. He has taken their powers, he says, and has spread a game across the town with innocent lives at stake; to prove his point he kills a civilian. The four gather at a meeting ground, where they realize Charge still carries something of his old abilities, and Rickshaw sets the next order: at a hardware store each chooses a weapon, then the group splits into pairs and heads for separate fights against his men.
