Plot summary
A winter storm is coming in over Britain, and one final plane is cleared to leave the airport, bound from London to New York. Only a handful of passengers are on board, along with an ancient vase from China. Not long after it is in the air, travelers begin to disappear one by one, and a passenger who flies the route often notices that the plane has turned when it should be going straight. Those left in their seats try to work out who or what is behind the vanishings, and someone on board knows more about what is going on than they are saying.
