Plot summary
Two years after her divorce and an eleven-day disappearance, the crime writer Agatha Christie travels to Baghdad, Iraq, in 1928, hoping for culture and peace. The trip instead brings her murder, intrigue and love. A young archaeologist is found dead, and Agatha, against her will, is drawn into the case. More mysterious deaths follow, and she works to untangle them.
