Plot summary
Bailey, a Golden Retriever puppy, is on the road with his family as they move to a new home. When they pull over during the drive, the family drives off again without him, and Bailey is left at the roadside. He sets out to find them and reaches Sharkarosa, a wildlife ranch that houses animals from many places. A camel, a kangaroo, a bearcat and a tiger cub are among the residents, and a sheepdog named Puck has charge of the ranch. The animals befriend Bailey, who stays among them and keeps looking for a way back to the people he lost.
