Plot summary
A profound loss has left Anna Gallo's grief unattended, and her job as a travel journalist gives her a reason to keep moving. Martinique is the assignment: report on the people who live there. The residents she profiles meet her with an openness she had not counted on, and their stories prompt her to look honestly at her own life and where it is headed. The film blends documentary and narrative, and many of the islanders she meets play themselves.
