Plot summary
Ozwald Boateng is a British menswear designer who, in 1998, is already celebrated among the most talented in the world. He dresses Hollywood's A-list and counts as a superstar in his own right. At the same time, he is about to go bankrupt and to divorce his first wife. A camera begins to roll on him through luck and circumstance, and it keeps filming for twelve years. The film goes behind the scenes of high fashion, following Boateng's work and his singular dream to succeed. It presents him as instinctive, flawed and generous, and explores what he has spent his career trying to distill: what it is to be a man.
