Plot summary
Liza Crocker is a housewife who has decided to divorce her husband, Eddie. She travels to her family home in a Nevada town to visit her stepmother, Rose Staines, and she meets Justin Conway, a stepbrother she has not known before. Her father is seemingly missing. The townsfolk behave in ways she cannot account for, and Eddie keeps pressing her to return home. At night a howling sounds in the woods and disturbs her.
