Plot summary
Christmas is coming to Bedrock, and the two families are getting ready for Santa's arrival. Fred spends Christmas Eve morning putting up decorations with Wilma and Pebbles, and Barney helps him finish before they head to work. Wilma and Betty have been getting the Bedrock Orphanage party ready, and Wilma has not yet talked Fred into wearing a Santa suit. At the quarry, Mr. Slate hands Fred the role himself for that night and gives him the day off, with a warning to arrive on time. Fred tells Wilma and tries the costume on. Then a noise on the roof sends Fred and Barney outside, where a pair of boots sticks out of the snow. The owner is Santa, who has fallen off the roof, sprained his ankle and caught a cold. Barney suggests Fred take over the deliveries.
