A Common Man (2013) on Netflix

Plot summary

Bomb components and newspaper clippings about LTTE attacks in Sri Lanka lie in a room, and the scene then shifts to a busy morning in Colombo. The Man places five bombs at points around the city: one aboard a public bus, one in a shopping mall, one at the Polgoda police station, one on an intercity train and one at the Katukurunda Airfield. From a control post he sets up atop a skyscraper in Dehiwala, he calls the police chief, Morris Da Silva, and states his terms. Four prisoners must be released, he tells him, or every one of the bombs will go off.
