Plot summary
Ninety-seven minutes of fuel remain on a hijacked Boeing 767 that is carrying passengers, and Hawkins, the director of the National Security Agency, wants the jet out of the sky before it can do catastrophic damage on the ground. Deputy Toyin argues against shooting at a plane that holds innocent passengers and tells him the agency has a source among the terrorists, but an F-22 is ordered in anyway. Anan is one of the hijackers holding the jet, and Alex, who is also aboard, claims to be the informant the agency placed there. Kim, a physician, is on the flight as well.
