90210 Shark Attack (2014) on Netflix

Plot summary

Entitled oceanography students from Beverly Hills settle into a Malibu mansion for a study of the surrounding ocean waters. Someone, or something, has a murderous purpose of its own, and the students are killed one after another by an entity that shreds flesh. The wounds left behind look like a shark's. The ocean itself lies half a mile from the house, so a shark attack is difficult to account for, and the students also come upon a haunted shark tooth.
