Plot summary
Megan, Daniel, Josh, Patrick, Kate and Rob are forensic undergrads competing for a trainee position with the FBI. Their field exam takes them to Eerie Strait, a remote island where life-term prisoners were once held. Professor Tomkins puts them in pairs and sends each pair to work out how a dead body found in its area met its end, monitoring them from a surveillance cabin. The pairs are meant to report back by walkie talkie, but the radios have been damaged. Larry, the ex-con who transported the group, warns Megan and Kate that he has come across an unexpected corpse, a woman in a jumpsuit.
