12 Days of Christmas Eve (2004) on Netflix

Plot summary

Calvin Carter took over the family discount chain from his father and turned it into the country's second largest, and now he wants to open it to Latin America before any rival. On Christmas Eve he meets Isobel Frias, a Brazilian executive who flew in and is missing the holiday with her family. He uses the lunch reservation his girlfriend Rhianna arranged two months earlier for the meeting, brushes aside the call from his ex-wife Marilyn about their son Eric's concert, and keeps his assistant Drew Quinn and the staff working. His father Hank, dressed as Santa, gives out candy canes at the original store. That night the huge hand on the store sign knocks Calvin down, and he wakes in a hospital bed, where the nurse Angie tells him he has twelve chances to get Christmas Eve right.
