Plot summary
David Arquette won a professional wrestling championship as a marketing stunt tied to the movie Ready to Rumble, and the win made him, to wrestling fans around the world, the most hated man in the sport. Nearly twenty years later, his acting career has stalled while his life has taken in ups and downs with his family and a struggle with addiction, and he sets out to return to the ring to earn redemption. Shot over two years, the documentary follows that attempt at a comeback, with members of his family and figures from professional wrestling appearing alongside him.
