Plot summary
A documentary about professional bodybuilding. It follows top competitors as they prepare for the 2012 Mr. Olympia, and it gives a view of their lives alongside their training. Phil Heath, Kai Greene, Branch Warren, Dennis Wolf, Hidetada Yamagishi, Victor Martinez, Roelly Winklaar and Ben Pakulski are among the men it follows, with Pakulski an ambitious newcomer to the sport. The film is presented as a follow-up in spirit to Pumping Iron, the 1977 bodybuilding documentary.
