Plot summary
Edmund James is all business. His grandfather, JJ James, owns the Chesterton Hotel, and to Edmund, Christmas is superficial and frivolous. Leslie Major sees the season differently: she is a Christmas designer and the holiday's most enthusiastic fan, and her largest job each year is decorating the lobby of the Chesterton Hotel. Up on a ladder to trim the tree, she slips and lands in the arms of Edmund James.
