Plot summary
In Fairlake, West Virginia, the town prepares for the Mountain Man Festival on Halloween. Three Finger, Saw Tooth and One Eye, with their father Maynard Odets, plan a rampage of their own. Five friends, Billy, Cruz, Lita, Gus and Julian, drive in for the festival and nearly run Maynard down on the road. He attacks them, they fight back, and Sheriff Angela Carter and her deputy Kevin Biggs arrest all of them on a drug charge. Locked up, Billy tries to talk Carter into letting his friends go while the cannibals move through town, cutting the phone lines and the electricity as the party goes on.
