Plot summary
In downtown Calgary, apartment towers, office blocks and shopping centers are joined by the Plus 15, a network of indoor glass skywalks that lets people cross the core without stepping outside. The arrangement makes it possible to work, eat and shop for weeks at a time without going outdoors. Four young office colleagues have made that network the basis of a contest, wagering a month's salary on which of them can go longest without leaving the connected buildings. Tom Bennett is one of the competitors, along with Brad, Sandra West and Curt Schwin. The events occupy a single lunch hour partway through the month-long competition, while the office prepares for the retirement party of the company's founder.

- The film's title comes from a suicide method where someone breaks a high-rise office window and jumps through it. In the movie, a character has filled a 2-litre pop bottle with marbles hoping to break his window.
