Warrioress (2013) on Netflix

Plot summary

Once in every generation, the Morrighan, a Celtic goddess of war, says, two fighters must meet at a circle of ancient stones for a sacred duel. Opener and Dragon Singer are the sister swords, and an old prophecy says that equally matched warriors who bear them will lead their people against the Falonex Empire. Boudiccu, of the Danan Sidhe, enters her village's trials and beats Malik in the last bout, so the Guru names her champion and gives her the two blades. She must cross the moors to face the champion of the northern tribes. The Morrighan tells her that the wilderness lies inside her. The Falonex Emperor sends Valexia and her assassins to steal the swords, and Boudiccu says her goodbyes.
