Plot summary
Vice is a resort where paying guests live out their wildest fantasies, however violent, on androids built to believe they are human. The artificials are repaired and their memories reset every day, and Julian Michaels, who designed the place, keeps it running. Kelly, a bartender there, believes she is on the last day of her job and is encouraged by a friendly visitor named Evan to follow her dreams. When she becomes self-aware and breaks out into the city, Michaels orders a security team to bring her back quietly. Detective Roy Tedeschi, ordered to stay away from Vice, vows to stop it.
