Vampires vs. the Bronx (2020) on Netflix

Plot summary

Tony's bodega, the Bronx corner store where Miguel Martinez, Bobby and Luis grew up, may have to close, so Miguel plans a block party to raise the money to save it. He warns his friends that Murnau Properties is buying land across the neighborhood and gentrifying it. While hanging posters in front of a courthouse the company has bought, Miguel spots men watching him, and Slim, who runs with Henny's gang, chases him. Miguel reaches the bodega, where he and his friends hide, and a vampire comes in looking for him. The next day the boys go over what they know about killing vampires and visit a Murnau office, hoping to learn where the vampires rest.
