Plot summary
A year after the children first met the mummies, Amy, Marshall and Gilbert are preparing for a Halloween-themed wedding: Amy's father, Pop, is marrying his fiancé, Carl, and the group travels to Rockport for the celebration. Meanwhile, a worker at a museum accidentally brings an ancient mummy back to life. Sobek was once Harold's closest friend, and both of them loved Rose, who chose Harold over him. Now Sobek wants revenge. The children learn that Sobek's amulet may put Harold and Rose in danger, so with Buzzy's help they bring the two mummies to life with sunlight and smuggle them out of the museum.
