Plot summary
Mystery Inc. captures a cat monster at a Nepal ski resort by triggering an avalanche. A whisker from the costume shows it was made from the same material as outfits worn by villains the gang faced in past cases. The trail leads to Coco Diablo, a designer of high-end Halloween costumes. Shaggy and Scooby pose as buyers of a recycled 10,000 Volt Ghost costume, and Coco is arrested. A year later, Fred, Daphne and Velma miss difficult mysteries while Shaggy and Scooby enjoy the quiet. At a carnival, a ghost resembling Fred blows up the Mystery Machine.
