Plot summary
Jorge makes a living swindling tourists in the Zócalo, in Mexico City, until his thirteen-year-old sister Adriana is taken by an international trafficking gang. The same network draws in Veronica, a young woman from Poland who arrives at the airport expecting a modeling job and is seized by the gangster Vadim Youchenko's people. The captives are drugged and held. Jorge asks his friends for help, but they will not take on the gang's power. Following the van carrying Adriana, he reaches Juárez, hides in the car of Ray, a Texas investigator searching for his own estranged daughter, and the two join forces.
