Toby Goes to Camp (2020) on Netflix

Plot summary

Summer camp is where Toby is headed, and the days there hold sailing, sports, singing, dancing and campfires, with children to play with. Toby looks forward to all of it. Lana, the Labrador who serves as his guardian, would prefer to sleep and be left alone, and she agrees to the trip with reluctance. The camp has a problem: an evil land developer wants to take the land it sits on. A little pig, a pair of ferrets, a raccoon and a tortoise come alongside Toby and Lana, and the group sets out to keep the camp going for its campers.
