Tintin and the Lake of Sharks (1972) on Netflix

Plot summary

In Brussels, a pair of thieves make off with a priceless pearl from an aquarium and leave a fake in its place. In Syldavia, a Balkan country, Tintin, Snowy and Captain Haddock fly in to join Professor Calculus, who has rented a villa by a lake to work on his latest invention. Thompson and Thomson arrive on the same errand: they are to guard the professor, because a gang that deals in forged art is thought to be after his work. Calculus shows his guests a camera that projects holographic images and explains that he means to build a machine that can duplicate solid objects. Two children from the village, Niko and his sister Nushka, befriend the travelers, and warn them that the lake is said to be cursed, with an old town sunk beneath its water.
