Plot summary
A US intelligence officer stationed undercover inside a Soviet naval base sends back evidence that Russian crews are recording American submarines close to a shared US-Spanish naval facility at San Juan, on Spain's coast. Jeff Larson, an American super agent known as Jaguar, is sent there to investigate. He meets his former colleague Bob Stuart and his Spanish contact Pilar Perez, and helps the American military look into what is happening at the base. The KGB is watching it closely with hidden cameras and people on the inside passing information out, and Larson has to find them without letting anyone discover that he is looking.
