Plot summary

Two days separate the theft of the fighter helicopter Gray Ghost and the strike on Rainbow Bridge in Odaiba, Tokyo. The perpetrators are followers of Yukihito Tsuge, who planned a coup against Tokyo thirteen years earlier. Special Vehicle Section 2, the police unit whose leader is Keiji Gotoda, takes on the case, and he sets out to stop the terrorists.
