Plot summary
Jack Wilson is producing a segment on the Manson Family murders for a crime docuseries in 1996, and several former members recount their time with the group through interviews and flashbacks. Tex Watson joins the family at Spahn Ranch, a former movie set where Charles Manson houses his followers. The group takes LSD, smokes marijuana and has group sex, and Charlie tries to get a record deal for his folk music. Tex and Bobby Beausoleil help recruit a young woman named Simi.
