Plot summary
Archived footage and interviews trace a decade-long campaign against Bill and Hillary Clinton, from his years in Arkansas to his impeachment trial. In the interviews, Susan McDougal describes legal threats from an independent counsel who pressed her to implicate the Clintons in something illegal. She says she told the counsel the Clintons had done nothing wrong, and that the counsel already had statements written out for her to accept.
