Plot summary
William "Bill" Boss is the cannibalistic, psychopathic warden of George H. W. Bush State Prison in the Southwestern United States. He and his accountant, Dwight Butler, watch the end of The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence) until a guard is reported injured. He breaks the arms of the inmate responsible. An inmate taunts him by phone, and after a checkup with Dr. Jones, in which Bill sees nothing wrong with himself, he waterboards the caller with boiling water. Governor Hughes arrives and orders the violence stopped, warning Bill and Dwight that they will be fired otherwise. Bill responds by ordering a mass castration of the inmates. Dwight proposes sewing the inmates together, mouth to anus, into one human centipede to improve the prison's retention and violence rates. Bill is unconvinced.
